This one-year interactive program teaches students the latest techniques in commercial baking, food service safety and sanitation, and purchasing for food service systems.

Successful completion of concurrent college credits leads to a Certificate of Completion in Culinary Principles. Students may also test to receive certification in Food Service Safety and Sanitation as well as ServSafe Food Manager Certification. 

This program is offered in partnership with Estrella Mountain Community College.
