Emergency Medical Technology Adult Educaiton


This one-semester program teaches students basic emergency medical care. Students will learn to assess and treat patients. Training consists of first-response care, CPR, measuring vital signs, bandaging, and other life-saving procedures.

Upon completion of the course, students who are 18 years of age or older may take the National Registry Exam to receive EMT certification.

Upon completion of the program, students may test to receive a certification with the National Center for Construction and Education Research (NCCER).
