PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION EXAM PREP COURSE
West-MEC’s 36-hour PTCE Prep Course is designed to prepare non certified pharmacy technicians* to take the PTCB’s technician certification exam.
The course is comprised of expert instruction, practice quizzes, exams and test-taking techniques over seven evening meetings.

We offer customized training for OSHA 10 including training at your location. Training cost is $58 / person. This safety course provides a broad look at workplace (general industry or healthcare) safety topics. It helps workers identify, avoid, & correct on-the-job hazards. Additionally, workers learn their legal rights and how to protect them. OSHA 10 workplace training helps companies protect workers and avoid costly legal proceedings.
Weld testing is offered on the third Saturday of every month at the Southwest Campus. Check-in is at 7:30am and testing runs from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Students interested in testing must sign-up at least a week prior to the test date. Testers are responsible for all personal protective equipment (PPE). West-MEC will provide all materials and consumables.
Testing is done by certified welding instructors (CWI). Instructors will provide all inspections and award certifications.
