PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This two-year program explores the basic skills used in metalworking, manufacturing and industrial production. Students will learn basic safety techniques, sheet metal work, oxy-fuel cutting, multiple welding processes, plasma cutting, and much more.

West-MEC programs prepare students to seek one or more industry certification or licensure in their field of study, providing a pathway to economic independence.
